Policy fit
In 2025, five ministries led by MOFCOM issued the Guiding Opinions on Further Improving the Overseas Comprehensive Service System, calling for local one-stop export service windows and overseas comprehensive service stations in key countries.
Scope and evaluation are defined in the cooperation agreement signed by both parties.
